- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview the client at no charge to determine what areas of the divorce case need immediate attention. The lawyer you meet in your first exchange with us is the lawyer that will stay with you through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David Binkley has 38 years of trial practice focused on the entire range of family law matters involving property division, parenting time and support. David is uniquely situated to understand the business and economic side of our client’s more complex cases. His business background provides him with the tools to properly assess the valuation and division of marital assets in a creative and constructive manner. He is himself the co-founder of two national technology firms previously located in Southeast Michigan and now operating in Boston, Massachusetts and San Francisco, California.
