Mixing Memories is the company to use for all of your mixologist needs. Her service is superb! My guests RAVED about the quality of service, her professionalism and warmth. Since the open house went on beyond the 4 hours we hired her for, we hated to see her leave! That will not happen next time and there will be a next time! It is extremely rare that you get high quality performance and service combined. There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how wonderful and amazing Lauren is. She showed up to our home 30-40 minutes prior to start time. We had approximately 75 guest in our home and she served them all with much delay. She was professional at all times. My guests loved her interaction. She clean up prior to leaving. Lauren was excellent. We had a big wedding with about 200 people and she and her assistant handled it beautifully. Not only was she great at our event, she helped us leading up to it by helping us choose signature cocktails and giving advice on alcohol quantity. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price fair! I make sure you don’t spend the bulk of your budget on the bartender, because your guests will tip and spend time on your bar at your event! Therefore the price should not overwhelm you! *****In cases where the event host does not want a tip jar, an additional charge is added to the quote based on length of time and amount of guests. Or an “honor system” can be established, For example, if you have purchased alcohol for a party and your budget is $1000 for your liquor and beer and wine, add 18% gratuity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love a new customer to serve and show off my skills with mixing flavors, colors and ideas that mingles well with the theme of their personal gathering. The process is smooth once they tell me a vision and we execute.
