- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard trip charge in a 20 mile radius with a small upcharge for over 20 miles. All other charges on dependent upon the difficulty of the installation including the height of the window treatment and the weight or if another person is required for the installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client will contact me to install their project. We will discuss the scope of work and then I will give them a pre-estimate based upon what they have discussed. Any changes would be due to information that was not included in the description of the project or additions to the project after we have started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in professional installations in my 4 years with Brandi Renee Designs where we have installed every possible style of draperies including motorized treatments.
