- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize the industry standard program called Xactimate. It is how your insurance company pays claims. It takes into account the local supply of materials and labor costs and updates it monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get a call that a water loss event or a smoke/fire has taken place. We come out to the property where the loss occurred and give the homeowner a professional assessment of what will need to happen next. We bring all of our equipment with us so we can begin the process immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold licenses in WRT, FSRT, and Mold. These are the industry certifications for Water, Fire/Smoke and Mold.
