Introduction: Catering from 2 to 200, unique affairs for the culinary minded. Custom menus, amazing food and even better service. We have catered many weddings at various locations for over 18 years. We have a beautiful lakefront restaurant for intimate gathering such as showers, rehearsal dinners, religious events, small weddings and birthdays. We can tent the lawn by the lake for up to 100 people. Currently we have 2 farm locations available for a rustic theme weddings as well. Cooking classes at our location or yours- check out our website for class schedule or schedule your own private class. The thing we enjoy the most is making your special day unforgettable. We love creating unique menus for each of our events with only the freshest ingredients. We love to work with our guests to create the perfect party while keeping within your budget.

I have attended many of Andre's cooking classes. I was always learn something new that I can actually use in my own kitchen. When I have a question after attending the class...I just e-mail my question and get a quick response (just not during dinner on a busy Saturday). I absolutely recommend these classes for anyone from beginner to expert...you won't be disappointed!

I dine here often as well as attend the cooking classes. The classes are amazing for people that love to cook. He focuses more on technique rather than recipes which has helped me become a better cook. Also, everything he makes is just outstanding.

Chef Andre' deWaal is graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has 30 years experience in the industry. Restaurants, catering and cooking classes. His wife, Tracey deWaal, Event Coordinator, has been planning and orchestrating beautiful events for 20 years.
