- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive and affordable pricing in exchange for high-quality work. If you have an ongoing or lengthy project, I will offer a discount. Discounts vary per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a brief FaceTime or audio call to introduce myself and discuss any questions that you may have. I provide a check-in to let you know how I am coming along on your work. The frequency of check-in is completely up to you, i.e., daily, weekly, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Marketing and Business Administration. I have transcribed contractually for a large municipal police department, a group of chiropractors, high school teachers and a nephrology doctor. I have performed Marketing and Social Media Management for a large newspaper group, a lumber company, a caterer and a chiropractic clinic. I was assistant to a newspaper publisher for 3 years and continue to provide support for him through my home office.
