Received outstanding service from Secure Home Locksmith and Safety from their first response to my Thumbtack request throughout the completion of the job. We were in no hurry but they were able to get to our job later the same afternoon. Within a half an hour our new deadbolt was installed and setup. Our technician, Sal, was super. Great communication, on time arrive, pleasant and friendly. Explained the process to us and went to work. And cleaned up to perfection! Thanks for the pleasant no hassle experience! Highly recommend.

I handed Sal a doozey of project, one of those projects that presents as simple but becomes a new challenge at every turn. Each time it went sideways, Sal made the effort to problem solve to find the best solution that would resolve the overarching issue. Sal wanted to do it right, wanted me to be happy, and took pride in his work. I had five old patio door locks that would seize up, rendering the doors useless. Because of the age, make, and lock systems used in the door Sal ultimately had to rebuild the system from the ground up and do extensive research in the process. Sal ended up saving me a fortune on not having to buy all new doors! I can easily recommend Sal and I will look to hire him in the future for other projects. I would also like to say that Sal is one of the nicest people I have met. He is an outstanding person who was easy to work with.

Marcus replaced one deadbolt and two doorknobs and added a new deadbolt where there wasn't one in our new house. He was on time, friendly, and careful around my cats, and did a great job, leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend Secure Home Locksmith!
