Jim made an appointment to inspect my leaking skylight. He assessed the problem along with me and diagnosed it so it would be the least costly fix. He promptly fixed the problem and a few hours later, when it rained, the skylight did not leak a drop! Jim is a dedicated, honest contractor. I am completely satisfied with the work he has done.
