This was my first hire from thumbtack. Andrew did a great job. Spent 7 hours by himself scrubbing, dusting, mopping, scraping, deep cleaning and such around my large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Cleaned ceilings, moldings, floor boards, tubs, the stove, window sills, and more. I had a giant list and he completed everything. Didn't slack at all. Actually took no down time at all. Andrew is a young hard working American. I'm very happy with the work and glad I hired him. I recommend him and would hire him again.

I hired Andrew for a move out cleaning for a 1 bedroom apt. He was incredibly accommodating about picking up/dropping off the keys to the apartment. I was amazed he only spent two hours and the apartment was spotless! 10/10 would recommend and hire again. Thanks Andrew!

I hired Andrew for a move out cleaning of my one bedroom apartment. He did an excellent job. The kitchen was a tough one, but he worked very hard and did a wonderful job. He is also a nice person and helped me removed a lot of trash from my apartment. I would recommend him to my friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the job at hand but on average Its $15 an hour if you provide the supplies and $20 an hour if you don't provide the supplies to cover cost of supplies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after sending the customer a quote and receiving a reply from the customer I will proceed with scheduling and find a time and day for me and the customer to meet and start cleaning his or her home !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
in Toledo Ohio previously to moving to Rochester I ran a cleaning company with my sister for 11 months !
