Introduction: I have been offering Personal Training services for nearly 25 years. I have helped hundreds of women and men achieve their fitness goals through one-on-one personal training sessions, and exercise and nutrition consultations. My area of specialty is fat loss and body shaping. However, my clients also experience significant improvement in most areas of health and wellness, including increases in strength, endurance, and energy levels, and reductions in cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. What makes my comprehensive approach unique is that it is predicated on efficiency, practicality, and long-term success. Accordingly, it involves: (1) Achieving maximum results with minimal time investment. Most people cannot afford to spend two hours a day at the gym, and "more" is not necessarily "better" (2) Realistic planning in the areas of both exercise and nutrition in view of permanent lifestyle alteration. The most effective programs in the world are still useless if they cannot be reasonably implemented and sustained by “regular” people (3) Careful consideration of critical physiological principles related to exercise stress and recovery, metabolic activity, and adaptation in order to both achieve and maintain results. Quick fixes based on extreme approaches to diet and exercise generally do not work in the long-run What makes Personal Training a worthwhile endeavor for me is quite simple: I am afforded the opportunity to work with people in order to help them achieve their personal fitness goals. Whether it’s losing 60 lbs. of body fat, significantly increasing muscle tone, reordering dietary habits into healthier patterns, or coming off of medications that are no longer necessary, such client successes are enormously rewarding.

Chris has a clear, positive method for losing weight which is based on sound, well-balanced nutrition. There are no fads or "quick fixes." He also provides his clients with a flexible schedule for consistent weight training sessions. His sessions, which are focused on challenging and safe training, get results. Chris has trained me for 4 years, and I can't imagine not having his support.He helps get me through a challenging, busy daily lifestyle with fitness success.

Chris is very knowledgeable in personal training and nutrition. I have learned a lot about the foods you should be eating to lose weight and lead a healthy lifestyle without starving yourself. He has taught me a great deal about what exercises are important and the most effective for a stronger healthier body.

I have been seeing Chris several times a week for over 8 years. He is very knowledgeable with regard to physiology and exercise and diet effects on training. I am "older" and Chris pushes me in the workouts just enough without ever causing injury. I have made progress towards my fitness goals and will continue to work with Chris as long as he is a PT and as long as I am able!!

Well into our plan for resistance training and dietary management, Chris has demonstrated a depth of knowledge in both areas. My progress has been suffient to produce muscle toning and development with a good start on controlling calories and weight loss. Chris has been very supportive in guiding my physical training and has individualized my sessions at every step.
