I enjoy meeting and working for others in my own business.
For years I had investment properties that I maintained myself. My background is construction, repairs, rebuilding walls, replacing doors and windows, caulking, painting, computer work, electronic circuit design and auto repairs.
My wife and I ran a successful Tile business. So I still re-grout tile, repair tile, tubs and showers.
Solving problems is what I am good at. I take time to discuss issues with customers before I start work. Planning is most important in the job. I will go out of my way to fix a problem.

John replaced the exterior doors with new ones. He painted them to match the exterior and interior of the house. He has remodeled the bathrooms and painted the interior walls. Took out an old window giving me more wall space. Replaced ceiling fans. Painted the outside of the home. There are many other projects that he has done.
I wanted to add photos but I had a problem.

John has fixed many things around my house. He has put up ceiling fans, repaired and replaced tile and grout in my shower, installed light fixtures, cleaned floor tile and grout and replaced trim and rotting wood in various places. He is awesome and takes every job seriously. He takes pride in doing the job right.
