i have been personally training since I was 7 years old. From swimming to martial arts a running. Later I added weight lifting and went from 165 pounds to 220 pounds. I have kept my body in good shape with exercises and diet. I have become a nutrition adviser by training I obtained from the Health and Science Academy. There I learned when to eat and how to eat to maintain a strong and healthy body. I also graduated from the NCCPT (National Council for Certified Personal Trainer) so not only have I been practicing physical fitness and good nutrition but studied to train and advise others to be their best.
