- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have any certain pricing system yet, as I am just testing the waters on running my own cleaning business.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are a few things that customers should think about before hiring someone to come into their home to work. #1 Are they going to be trustworthy and get the job done in a timely manner? I listen very carefully to any requests that might be given, and follow the instructions to a "T". That is unless I am asked for my opinion on something. I prefer to work fast, as to get the job done so we can both get on with the rest of our duties of the day or week. #2 Do they have their own cleaning supplies?
