Luke is very knowledgeable and makes challenging workouts enjoyable. I've been working with him for more than a year with the goals of maintaining fitness and building strength as my goals- I would definitely recommend his services !Jan 19, 2017Verified
I started training with Luke 15 months ago. Luke understood that I had very bad knees, arthritis throughout most of my joints and still he has helped me build up muscles and have been able to put off knee replacement surgery for the last year. He is extremely knowledgeable in all parts of the body and can help anyone! He is tough yet compassionate personal trainer.Jan 17, 2017
Luke is a great trainer! I worked with him for a year and he made a big difference in my fitness level, especially in conditioning, which we focused on (as a personal preference). He kept the workouts interesting and fast paced and used every minute to challenge me. His physical therapy knowledge was very helpful in working around my post-surgery knee - both in appropriate exercises and proper alignment and form. And a review must include Luke's cheery disposition - he is always upbeat and encouraging and made going to the gym a highlight of my week. I highly recommend Luke for any training needs.Jan 13, 2017
