- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing very competitive. For $100/ hr (2 hour minimum including travel time) I provide 2 experienced movers and the use of our 26ft box truck. I have all the equipment and tools I need to move pretty much anything. For $85/hr (2 hour minimum including travel time) we'll provide labor only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out the circumstances surrounding their move so that I can customize my service to meet the needs of that particular customer. We prefer to do that in a phone call or onsite estimate just to guarantee nothing gets lost in translation as so commonly happens in just text or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Bates College in Tacoma, Wa. I have many years of moving experience. I've moved a vast array of items over the years from pianos to hot tubs to safes. I've done moves for large corporations and small businesses. I've moved families from mansions and single young people from small studio apartments and everything in between.
