Hired on Thumbtack

This electrician has cause me to never use thumbtact again. He lied from the time he walked in the door. Acting like he didn't know what the problem was and was suppose to give a free diagnosis before starting work but refused to discuss with me the problem as the statement is on thumbtact. I'm so angry to have encounter such a scam. He said he was going to get tools in his truck and all the while he knew it was a circuit breaker. What a liar. I know when my husband finds out he will be taking him to court. As far as thumbtact. Never again.

Terri G. -we write a quote and get a signature UP-FRONT on our form, that you signed and agreed to for $180.00 PRIOR to our electrician repairing your electrical panel in Spangle, WA... Yelling and cursing at our office staff is definitely unappreciated, had our electrician not been able to repair your panel issue, there would have been zero charge, had you NOT accepted our quote, there would have been zero charge. You did accept and request our electrician to repair your electrical problem, which was done on-site and completed properly, then you were charged the exact amount you were quoted UP-FRONT... we're not exactly sure where the disconnect happened, but obviously you are very upset, we apologize if we caused any undue stress, or grievance, it was definitely not our intention. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
