I offer 3 levels of Plans: The Bronze Plan: Custom Meal Plans, Online Workouts with Videos to demonstrate what you need to do and daily reminders and weekly progress photo portal. - $75 mo The Gold Plan: All of the Bronze Plan, A weekly Facetime Call to check-in and 1 Private in-person consultation to get started. $150 mo The Platinum Plan: All of the Gold & The Bronze Plan, Daily check-in calls, Full e-book receipe books for meal prep, a full smoothing recipe book for, access anytime via text or call for consultation or questions. 1- Free meal prep session (cooking lesson) $295 mo. Private training in person is available (Consultation required for details)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm passionate about health, balance, and wellness. I'm a busy Mom of 2 and understand what happens to the body in your 20's, 30's and 40's and going into 50 and over. I am a full-time grad student, entrepreneur and If anyone understands how stress can limit the body and the mind I do. I love helping people of all ages and seeing them transform to the best version of themselves they want to be. I do not believe in one workout plan fits all and I understand that this is a journey both mentally and physically. I started to see my own health go down in my early 40's and I was determined to take control of my life and my body and just prove to myself I didn't have to go under the knife for feel good about myself. While I am not opposed to plastic surgery I still think you have to fix everything on the inside first including how you see yourself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have to work with Soccer Mom's, A-List celebrities, Athletes, Youth, people with health limitations and rehab after surgery. I have worked with all professions both male and female, youth and young adults.
