Introduction: Hey! I have been personal training for 4 years and am in my final year of didactic work in a doctor of physical therapy program in Rutgers Newark. I take my professionalism very seriously- anything I have you do with me for your goals is backed by scientific data I can provide for you. I have extensive experience with running, weight lifting, calisthenics, rock climbing, injury rehab, yoga, and was a two-time competitor on NBC's American Ninja Warrior. I can get you to your goals, as long as you're willing to work with me to get you there. COVID-19 UPDATE: I have plenty of experience with Tele-health if you would like remote sessions, and am constantly up to date on the latest research that comes out- I read the latest studies every other day. Hitting the gym was a real struggle for me. I'd get there with good intentions and then have no idea how to workout. My routine consisted of hitting the treadmill, picking up some weights and feeling intimidated by the gym rats I was surround by. I found myself hurting (not a good hurt) and feeling discouraged because I knew that what I was doing wasn’t creating progress. I needed someone to teach me how to workout. I had seen that a couple of peers were training with Bill and their results were significant. I figured what do I have to lose? I knew right away that Bill was exactly what I needed to kick start my journey to a healthier me. During our first meeting we discussed my medical history, goals, and things that he would need to pay special attention to/ make modifications for. I made him aware that I have back pain every so often, he took note of the pain and suggested things that could help alleviate it. One night he put special tape on my back that assists with keeping the spine straight. In order for him to apply it I had to take my shirt off, at first I was really self conscious because I’m standing next to a dude that jacked, while I’m a work in process. I would say Bill is the OG of the "judgement free zone." He is also an excellent teacher, he wants you to understand an exercise from point a to b. If you’re looking for results overnight that’s wishful thinking. It’s a process that takes time, but once you start seeing and feeling the results, you'll know it's because of all the hard work you put in and the motivation Bill provides. Before you know it you’ll start feeling and looking like your best self. Bill pricing is extremely fair for being in a metropolitan area. He is super flexible (literally and figuratively) if you need to reschedule. He is always willing to fit you in at a different time if your original session isn’t doable that week. He comes right to your home, no gym membership required! I would recommend Bill to anyone who is ready to put in the work to become a healthier individual. Bill is smart and dedicated to fitness. Bill is the best when it comes to personal workouts. He is very knowledgeable and will push you beyond what you think you are capable of. I highly recommend Bill.

Bill has been awesome to work with! We started in November 2017, and I’ve seen him regularly. I will say this: Don’t expect results unless you’re willing to put in the work! Life sometimes throws you curveballs and messes with your workout schedule. When I see him weekly and workout regularly, the results are visible and the compliments are flowing! He was also very helpful with recommendations in other aspects of the healthy-lifestyle world. Would definitely recommend him for a full-on routine, or even a weekly workout.
