Introduction: Medical massage is my speciality. By using trigger point therapy I can increase my clients range of motion and circulation. My other modalities include TMJ massage, plantar fasciitis, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and sports injury massage. I can also provide relief for anxiety, stress headaches, and general soreness. I enjoy more than anything watching my clients get better and better every week. Medical massage helps me with my own medical issues, so it is important to me that my clients feels the same relief. Letting them know that there is hope for pain-free living is what makes my job special.

As a person who is dedicated to overall fitness and who has to cope with a crushed disc and plantars fasciitis, have a massage therapist who understands these issues and KNOWS how to treat them makes all the difference. In fact, I give Dana much of the credit for getting me through the training program to run my first ever Marine Corps half marathon. Anyone who is suffering an injury should see Dana, not just until your injury heals, but to help prevent stress related injuries and problems. Dana did an excellent job - I had another therapist that really messed my neck up and Dana worked hard to release the pressure and stress that I was having. She seems very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to relieve the tension. Her technique is very good and she applies the right pressure to work out the stress knots. She was a professional and arrived on time. I liked that she was able to travel to me, it made me feel very comfortable being in my own home. I plan on using Dana again and maybe surprise my husband with a message. Thanks Dana!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will do an in depth intake over phone, text or email. The client will tell me about their day to day activities and what pain/symptoms they experience. I will then give them a list of modalities that would help provide relief for their condition and make sure they are comfortable with their options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Massage therapy license along with certifications in sports massage, myofascial release and ashiatsu massage (barefoot massage)
