Spencer was amazing!!!!! He did such a wonderful job (carpets and sectional couch)- everything looks brand new!!! And he cost $500 less than other quotes I received!!! PLUS all safe for our puppy and kids because no chemicals left behind!! He even agreed last minute to clean 10 throw pillows and an area rug that I didn't realize were in need of some major TLC. My parents and in laws were all amazed and made me send them his contact info immediately. Thank you thank you thank you for such a wonderful job!!!

Hired Spencer to clean carpets in our common household areas as well as stairs. First off, he was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. He was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early for the job (also calling to ensure his early arrival was ok w/ me prior to ringing the doorbell). He explained to me in detail the process of cleaning the carpets and differences btwn steam cleaning vs. dry cleaning. I thought everything looked great! After he left I inspected each area much closer and noted two areas that I felt could have come cleaner w/ more time; the first being the overhang on the set of stairs and the second being our walk in closet. I emailed him regarding this and requested he return and re do these areas w/o additional charges. He responded promptly and again was as courteous and professional as ever. He agreed to come back when it was convenient for me and go over the areas once more. And when he returned he even went over an additional area he had noted that I did not! I could not be more pleased w/ his customer service and satisfaction guarantee and will certainly be using him again!Thank you so much Spencer, you were a pleasure to work with!

If I could give more stars I would. Mr Moore was super accommodating. After the cleaning the carpet looks brand new. He also assisted with helping to move items to give to charity. With out Mr Moore I would not have been able to leave my apartment in such prestine condition. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend Mr Moore.

Hire this company with confidence! I received two quotes from Thumbtack, before I could book Moore Facility Services my husband contacted the carpet cleaner that was a little cheaper but did not have many reviews. At 10:30 the night before the cleaner was supposed to come, the guy texted me & said he wouldn't be able to make it & could we do it the next day. Since our tenants were moving in the next day I told him no. He said he would make it work but then the next day never responded to any of my texts. I called Spencer at Moore Facility Services at around 12:45 that afternoon. I told him I understood it was a shot in the dark but was there any way he could still come & clean the carpets. Without hesitation he said he would be there in about an hour. True to his word he showed up on time & cleaned three bedrooms, a hallway & the stairwell in less than two hours. You will be highly satisfied with Moore Facility Services. It just goes to show that sometimes saving a little money is not the better choice. Thank you million times over to Spencer for his quick response and flexibility.

Spencer Moore from Moore Cleaning Solutions is a professional. I needed the carpet, linoleum and tile cleaned in my office space. I interviewed 3 different contractors for my job and he was by far the most detail-oriented contractor. He took precise measurements of the floors I needed cleaned and provided a detailed quote breaking down the areas that needed cleaned, the square footage as well as the price. I was sure that everything was covered in the scope of the project. Spencer and his team worked off hours, so as not to disrupt my business. The results were amazing. The floors look fantastic. He was able to clean floors that I had thought were beyond repair. We were so happy with his work, we've elected to keep Moore's Cleaning Solutions as our daily office janitorial contractor. Spencer is easy to work with and is very willing to work within our budget. Spencer Moore recognizes that he isn't just in the business of cleaning floors - he is in the business of customer service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General janitorial rate is $25 to $30 an hour based on size and scope of work. Floor care cost is based on square footage and whether the job is a simple strip and refinish or a floor restoration. Rate ranges from $.31 to $.55 per square foot based on the type of floor and work scope. Our carpet cleaning rate is $.18 per square foot or $38 per common area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a complementary consultation for a walk through, estimate time based on square footage, space, furniture and fixtures, calculate cost with allocations, discuss customized service options to meet our client needs.
