We never charge a service call and we make sure you fully understand the cost of repairs BEFORE any work is performed. We are veteran owned and currently offer service to 8 counties, including The Villages. Our estimates are always free of charge, and we will never charge you a service fee, regardless of the day and time. No customer should ever feel bullied into an expensive repair, so we make sure our customers are presented the price and approve the repairs, before we complete any work! I love the fact that my job is different everyday and I have the best office view! Helping a customer get their door working again is a great feeling, and I especially enjoy seeing them relax when they realize that its not as bad as they thought. I enjoy knowing that I deliver great customer service and that my clients appreciate it.

Needed my garage door set back on track and a new motor installed period . these guys were the cheapest by far the next person asked for 300 more period they also got it done the next day period I will never use anyone else. Very there, prompt, attentive, and friendly company.

I requested a quote to replace the torsion spring and a new garage opener and got a quick response. I agree with the job and price and made an appointment. Job was done by Trenton, who he was knowledgeable, kept me informed, and explained very well what needed to be done. I am very happy with the job done. I will recommend Florida Garage Door Pro. They do give military and senior discount. Kudos to them for supporting veterans and seniors.

Derek came out within 2 hours. For some reason, after a couple of tries, the garage door opener worked. Opener is about 10 years old so I will probably be having a new one installed soon.

The technician, Trent did a fantastic job! He looked at the garage door and explained to us exactly what was wrong and the options we had for repair or replacement. He was very honest and said he could fix it and make it last maybe a year, but we would need a new door eventually. Because he was so honest, we did order a new garage door. Trent also fixed the gate opener on our fence, which was not closing properly. This young man went above and beyond and we are SO appreciative! I will recommend this business and definitely tell people to request Trent. Awesome some service, professional and friendly!

There are a lot of ways a garage door can fail, and sometimes it's impossible to price them site unseen. In those cases, we offer a free, no obligation estimate, 7 days a week!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client usually reaches out to us via phone or website. Once the client reaches out, we set an appointment to perform the repairs or give a free onsite estimate if requested. We offer a very low stress, friendly service that puts our clients firmly in control of the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the garage door industry for 16 years. As an installation and repair technician, virtually all of my training was on the job. My on the job experience allowed me to train over 50 installation and repair technicians. All of our current technicians are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience and pass background checks before starting employment.
