- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge a mark up on material used for the job so the customer is paying the same cost. I also do not charge a fee for just for showing up like a lot of other companies do. My prices are either a flat rate or by the hour on troubleshooting and diagnosing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Aside from being a professional and dependable individual I like to keep the customer involved in what I am doing and I try to educate them as much as possible so they can have a more enlightened and informative view of what is being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with 25 yrs. of experience in doing electrical work I am also a certified journeyman electrician having received my certification through the Assoc. of Builders and Contractors four yr. electrical training program.
