Introduction: Hecksel Tree Service specializes in using climbers to do a majority of our tree work. We are capable of getting into those stubborn yards where the trucks can't fit. We are a great group of people to work with and are very accommodating when it comes to everyone's tree service needs. We pride ourselves in really going above and beyond for our clients. We like to leave yards looking better than when we started, and make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our work. We love meeting every client and really understanding what they are looking for from us before we start. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates, but we do prefer to come and take a look in person to give a proper quote. It gives us a better idea of the tools and time needed to get the job done efficiently. We do offer discounts for veterans and senior citizens. (65 and up)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company being hired for the job is fully insured (including workers comp). That way if something does happen to them on your property, or your property, they are covered by their own insurance so the burden can't fall on you.
