We have an awful smell in our basement and it smells like dead animal. The Bug Guys came out and charged us $100.00 but did nothing fix our problem. They were here for about a half hour and left starting that we need to basically keep troubleshooting this issue on our own. He recommended that we cut open our walls in the basement and did not assess our inside very well at all. Later, my husband went downstairs and started to pull back insulation in the basement (it’s unfinished ) and immediately found hundreds of mouse droppings and multiple dead mice. I specifically asked him about insulation and our attic and he immediately said, “I don’t know why people want me to check their attics and insulation, it’s never the problem.” We are now in the process of removing all of this insulation (gone through 3 sections riddled with mouse droppings and a total of 5 dead mouse so far...ughh) ourselves with no help to the Bug Guys and I paid $100.00 for less then a half hour of their time with poor advice and not a thorough job of assessing the issue, they are supposed to be the professionals! Bad value and bad work. I want my money back!!Oct 25, 2017VerifiedJames P.'s reply

Jim was great! We had a horrible wasp problem last year, and it was starting to get bad again this Spring. We couldn't spend any time on our deck because there were 10-15 wasps flying around us at all times. Jim came out and sprayed and we haven't seen any since. I'm so impressed! I highly recommend him.Jul 2, 2018Verified
Jim is one of the best contractors I’ve used. Reliable, responsive, and great problem solver. He’s my go to guy for anything pest related. Treated one of my properties for mice, no more mice going on a year now. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Jim!Jun 17, 2018Verified
