When we first decided to go to Disney I quickly became overwhelmed trying to plan everything on my own. I quickly sought help from Heather Olivarez who helped plan the most amazing Disney trip! Heather was able to help us pick the best resort, meal plans and fast passes for my family. She also provided several useful tips to help our trip smooth and made us feel like Disney insiders.

Heather makes planning your dream vacation to Universal and Disney a breeze. We have used her for four different trips now, and each time her service has been extemely prompt, personalized, knowledgeable and professional. She takes the guess workout out of planning the perfect family vacation. Heather really knows the parks and is passionate about her job. Wouldn't plan a trip to either place without her!

Our family went to Heather to book our Disney vacation. I'm so thankful we did!! She was so knowledgeable and was able to guide us through all the reservations that needed to be made regarding dining and hotel. She has first hand experience and all her recommendations were fabulous. She even gave us advice on which rides to get a FASTPASS. If I had to do all the Disney research myself, I would have spent many hours. Heather took all the stress away and we had the best family vacation. I couldn't believe it was free to use her services.
