- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the time of booking, an invoice will be processed for 10% of the rental to reserve the date. On the week of the event, the remaining 90% of the rental will be processed. If the event is booked the week of the event, the invoice will be executed for the full rental fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first discussion, we discuss your event objectives, demographics of the people attending and marketing strategy if it applies. We'll discuss design ideas for the overlay to be used on the photos, and delivery methods (email or text). We'll also send an invoice and rental agreement. Our second discussion, we'll review the overlays our design team created and suggest edits. The third time we meet will be in person the day of the event to set up and test the Bunibox.
