- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my pricing is very reasonable for the experience that I carry for the advice that I give is all honest and I never make the customer to anything more than what they need to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically if it's a new customer we try and get to their situation as fast as possible and I try and solve their problems for the chaepest amount possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training is Hands-On in the field. Definitely a wide variety of experience I've picked up over the past 15 years.
