After combing through numerous reviews for countless bathroom remodelers, we decided to go with Twelve12 and we’re glad we did. Oliver and Jeremy make a great team. Oliver is the mastermind behind the designs and Jeremy brings it all to life. We had just bought a home and had a move in date that was a month out. I spent time with Oliver explaining to him what I was hoping to achieve for our shower remodel and our daughter’s vanity update and he took my thoughts and brought them to fruition with the tiles and accessories. Initially, we were told that our project would be completed before our move in date. However, as time progressed, it became obvious that wasn’t going to happen. The tiling of our shower took a lot longer than expected due to a contractor being spread too thin. What should have taken 4 days ended up taking 11 days. Despite the time delay, I was very pleased with the way Jeremy handled the situation. He could tell that I was upset and he empathized and both he and Oliver gave us $150 gift card for our inconvenience. There will always be mishaps along the road, but the true tale is the way they’re handled. All said, the end result was beautiful and we are all very happy. You can definitely tell that these guys really love what they do and they take great pride in seeing happy and satisfied customers. They can add us to that list! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1: Schedule an initial consultation. Step 2: We'll come by to assess project and share our wisdom for how we will approach it. We'll gather pictures and measurements so we can accurately evaluate the cost and timeline to complete the project. Step 3: We will schedule a follow up time to present a sketch or 3D rendering of the proposed project and a thorough cost estimate for your project. Step 4: Acceptance of bid, contract sign and away we go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Twelve12 is a collective of remodeling masters who have locked arms to pursue a modern movement in excellence. We are reclaiming the pride in craftsmanship that has been lost in favor of the quick, cheap garbage work that is so abundant in the Houston area. We are the sons of the fathers and grandfathers who were masters in their time working in these very trades. We grew up under their wings and mentorship and have since honed our craft to excellence.
