- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients receive the most custom design and personalized experience; from pricing to the final little details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our clients just the same. Once a consultation has been scheduled and you have met with our designer, a proposal is sent to the client and from there we make any modifications as client's request. From here, we collect payment for deposits to secure all parties involved and the final payment is due thirty days prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience in the industry with a focus on management. (2008 Texas FFA Leadership of Excellence Degree)
