BEST person that I have EVER hired to do work in my house, not only through thumbtack, but from ANYWHERE!!! Phil is punctual, a real gentleman, smart, sweet and not only does he do a GREAT job, but he's actually FUN to talk to!! I will DEFINITELY use him again!! He cleaned and sealed my tile and grout which now looks like new!! He also does LOTS of other types of cleaning and dry cleaning and does pick up and drop off and I'm VERY impressed with his professionalism... WAY better than even I expected and I am UBER fussy!!!! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening to the customer's needs and concerns, and addressing them in a professional, but personal manner, along with being flexible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NCA dry cleaning school. Graduated top of class and certified in stain removal for all types of fabric and upholstery, as well as carpets and rug cleaning. Trained at The Masters Touch for tile /grout cleaning.
