Rob installed 2 new ceiling fans. He responded to my inquiry quickly and got the job done the next day. The downrod I purchased for one of the fans did not fit. He was patient & allowed me to go purchase a replacement. While I ran to the lighting store, he took a lunch break & came back. Very reasonably priced.

The job was more complicated than I anticipated, but they still got it done on time. There was one hiccup, but once I realized it, I messaged Rob at 7am and his guy Sam was there at 7:45 to fix it and had it in perfect shape by 8am. Terrific responsiveness and a job well done.
