Introduction: Andrae & Lysbeth Ricketts Travel the world, meeting young and old, to encourage, and motivate them towards living a purposeful life. They show individuals how they can live life to their full potential.
They provide relationship and marital counseling. Andrae and Lysbeth initiated a ministry called Heaven on Earth where they have counseled teenagers that are courting to seasoned married couples. The purpose of this ministry is to shed light and study God's plan for relationships here on Earth. With their clients, they follow a very intensive plan that helps their clients with conflict resolutions, with their communication skills and more...Lysbeth has also done a great amount of personal counseling with young ladies and women alike, to help them overcome their daily social issues. Similarly, Andrae works with younger and older men, helping them find their purpose and deal with the everyday life struggles.
In addition, Lysbeth has attained her Master's in Business Administration and her Master's in International Management. She worked for an international business consultation company for many years before she and Andrae opened their own firm together. The duo is very knowledgeable as to how to open a business. They focus in helping people start up their business by sharpening their ideas, working on their business plan, forming an effective marketing plan and setting them off to a good and healthy start. She helped open law firms, retail shops, schools, construction companies, daycares, and has counseled a slew of already established companies. With the help of her linguistic skills (French, Spanish, English), Lysbeth has counseled people from all 5 continents of the world.
She has also taught many people those aformentioned languages including Creole, as a side business which is only expanding.
We enjoy meeting new people with different backgrounds, and opening their minds to present them with the idea that they can be even more awesome than they think they are. If we are able to impact someone and cause them to walk down new roads to a better life, then our life has purpose.
