- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system that depends on what is needed for each home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer may call into the office and set up an estimate. An estimator will go to the clients home and see how we are able to help with any cleaning needs. We will customize a plan for that customer. Some customers only want basic cleaning, some want organization, pet walking, laundry, ect. with their cleaning. We are able to do all of this for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use the core training system. Our training for a new hire last two full weeks. Two full days are in our office with safety programs, and basic cleaning techniques. The new hire for two weeks will shadow a team lead. Each day they have daily meetings on what is going well and how we are able to implement those techniques in the other area of cleaning. Once training is over we have a QA program. Ever three months surveys are sent to our clients. Each client is called to see if we can do a home visit. Evaluations are done on all the cleaning staff every three months to set new goals in their careers. Its really great to see your staff grow and flourish.
