Introduction: Krista Jean Photography provides clients with an experience that they can't wait to relive through their photos. When you look at a photo you remember the emotion you felt then, you want to feel something. My goal is to give you an unforgettable experience that is fun and authentic. Your experience from taking your photos to receiving them is extremely important to me. Every package I offer is customizable and I am here to offer anything I can to you in order to make your special day perfect! My favorite part about my job is meeting my clients and hearing their stories. I love to incorporate what makes them unique as a couple into our sessions together. Photography has always been a passion and that has never changed. I absolutely love everything about my job from meeting future clients to photographing them to editing their photos. My passion gives me the drive to always put my best into every session.

My husband and I had a beautiful winter wedding (complete with the snow). For some photographers that may have caused issues. However, Krista was so calm and professional from start to finish. She completely took advantage of the snowfall and captured some amazing photos. She went above and beyond the entire day making sure to capture each important moment from the day. Another important point is how kind and considerate she was. Often times wedding photographers can get in the way and even be frustrating to guests, however she managed to get great pictures without that trouble. I would recommend Krista to any couple seeking a professional, talented, kind and affordable photographer.

I was very sick during the time everyone was getting their senior pictures done, so I missed pretty much all the deadlines for scheduling with other photographers. After a few quick messages back and forth with Krista, I was able to plan a photo shoot a couple days after. I got all of the photos she took the day of the photo shoot, and I got to choose the ones I liked the most. She took my favorites and touched them up. They were some of the best pictures I have ever had taken. I have gotten so many compliments on my pictures and many people have asked for the name and website of my photographer so they could do pictures with Krista. Krista offers many different types of photo shoot packages and is very flexible to any and all problems. I truly recommend getting picture done with Krista Jean Photography. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had family pictures done with our newborn twin boys, about 3 months old at the time. We said we wanted to take pictures outdoors with some nice scenery. She found a beautiful location with good shade for pictures that worked perfectly for us, as well as brought some props for the boys to play/pose with. She was professional, enjoyable, and efficient, which is especially important with infants! After the photo shoot, she communicated with us well, making sure we were fully satisfied with the pictures we took, as well as being very timely with making her edits and getting the pictures back to us. Krista obviously loves what she is doing, and it shows in her attitude during the shoot and all the necessary followup after. We loved working with Krista, and would strongly recommend her for your next photo shoot!

My fiancé and I had Krista do our engagement shoot. Krista was great at coming up with suggestions on where to have our shoot and really listened to what kind of style pictures we liked/wanted. She comes to the shoot prepared with poses and ideas, but really caters them to the specific client and their style. You can tell that Krista loves photography and that this is something she is passionate and knows a lot about.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have several package options with prices, but I prefer to discuss this privately with my clients since I often customize packages to fit what they are looking for and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet potential clients in person to go over what exactly they are looking for and to make sure they are comfortable and feel that I would be a good fit to capture what they are looking for. As far as weddings go I have a thorough contract and info sheet to help provide the client with all the info they would need and to gather the info I would need from them in order to capture everything they are looking for and to make sure their day runs smoothly!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Posing courses and editing courses along with various mentors who are very successful in their photography career.
