- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that having a standard, flat rate for our services does you an injustice. We provide each customer with a free estimate, then based on the estimate, all-inclusive services and rates, plus a friendly experience and an awesome finished product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We talk about there expectations and what they would like to see done, and any special requests they might have. (Ex. Cleaning baseboards, ceiling dust/cobwebs, disinfect bathrooms etc) -We will contact you the day before your scheduled cleaning date as a courtesy to remind you of your scheduled cleaning with the time of arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One must know the different types of cleaners there are, how to use them, what to use them on, and how to practice safety while performing a job.
