I started working with Tyler in August. Tyler took time to listen and understand my goals prior to launching me into a cookie cutter program. He focused on getting me comfortable in the gym, the exercises and various equipment. I was very intimidated to start working with a trainer but Tyler immediately erased any insecurities with his positive, caring and upbeat demeanor. I decided to get real with myself and get a trainer! I've always led a pretty active life style, but needed help tweaking my workouts, to fit my fitness needs. I found Tyler helped me in basic weight lifting, through a boot camp, I tried out. It was the best fit, for my early bird workout school. He's punctual, professional and fun! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting to know customer, kind of like a consultaion, we get to know each other on a more personal basis. We create goals and why they want to achieve them, create time spans and of cours what they are interested in. We have to find out where to begin, to start!
