FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally speaking, painting is so vast in its scope that its hard to give an accurate price without having someone personally walk through with a client and gain complete understanding of what they want. I find that it not only helps in being thorough with pricing, but give the client satisfaction that they are getting what they are paying to have done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our client personally and develope a rapport that will insure a great working relationship. Our goal is not just that we do a great job, but that we create a new friendship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in 1984 doing new construction custom homes. Thats where I learned to do every aspect of painting from staining and trim to exteriors and faux finishes. After a few years I moved into home repainting honing my skills to become fast and clean. Soon we were doing lght commercial work and later larger industrial jobs including sandblasting and heavy coatings. After 32 years I have done a wide spectrum and if this was the school of painting, I would have earned a doctorate degree.
