Thank you for the great review! I'm glad we could get your computer all fixed up. Even though the computer is a little older, I'm sure with a simple upgrade, we can add a couple years to the lifetime of that laptop.

Tim is a great guy and will have your PC working like new again! I totally recommend him to anyone and would refer him to anyone who is having issues with their computer. Timothy Gleaves at Clever Technology contacted me immediately after I posted my request on Thumbtack. After a review and some inquiries, he was hired. My laptop had some serious issues with ADOBE READER and I was suddenly unable to view PDF documents. Due to the nature of my work, this was a critical component. Mr. Gleaves and I agreed to a time and he remotely, (I prefer this method), took care of my problem. Additionally, he "cleaned" my computer for viruses/malware and fixed other issues I was unaware of. He was professional, prompt, easy to work with and EFFECTIVE. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to keep my pricing as simple as possible. I use a flat-rate pricing structure. This way my clients know the cost up front and there is no unexpected charges. I believe this is more fair to my clients and to my business because when I am working on your computer, there is no 'milking the clock'. Its cut and dry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening, it is the #1 key to successful problem resolution. When I am working with a new client, I want to gather as much information about the problem as possible. I'll take the time to chat about the issues my client is facing because the more I know, the better of a job I can perform. Once I've connected all the dots, and made sure my client feels the that I fully understand the problem they are having, I'll develop a course of action to take. l'll take the time to explain what I think the problem is, what the solution should be, why I think that way, and set the expectation. I won't promise you the moon because I can't give you the moon, but I can give you a fixed computer that runs great. For my clients that I have their computer in-shop, I do my best to keep in constant contact during the entire repair process via email updates. Again, communication is key, and when my clients know what the status is, they don't have to wonder. When you run a business such as this, customer service is a huge part of the success of the business and I do everything I can to make sure that my clients are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years of experience in the IT field that emcompasses working for Fortune 500 companies as well as small business. This experience has provided a well rounded understanding of what it takes to provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for my clients. I have brought that experience with me to Springfield PC PROS and I believe that is a key factor that sets me apart from my competition.
