I follow a vegetarian diet. Out of ideas and eating the same thing over and over, James taught me to cook a new way and taught me how to cook things I had never attempted to cook before, I even found myself enjoying the experience. He was patience with me and did not mind repeating when I had trouble understanding. I highly recommend the services of James Clary. Excellent Chef and teacher!
