- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but many factors are used to determine our pricing. Location, date, time, type of performance/Event, number of hours involved, equipment needed, Flatbed Trailor and/or generator requested (outside performances), and travel distance/time to your requested performance location etc... But we will always try to find the right price that will make happy you selected Coupe de Ville for your special event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally contact you or your representative via cell phone. Provide references and past clients we have worked for. Provide written contract for services (if requested). Provide our website addresses, live recordings and videos of the band. Provide a list of songs performed by the band and request from you any special requested songs you may wish to be performed. Constant contact and follow up communications with you to determine that all facets of our performance will meet your needs. Provide customer with our availability, cost of our services, promotion of event (if desired) and our promise to provide you and your guests with the utmost professional service and musical entertainment performance that will make an ever lasting memory of your special day/event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All band members have 15+ years of musical performances. All members have performed at various Casino's, Festivals (throughout Oregon), Holiday Events (New Year's Eve Gala, 4th of July, St Patricks Day, Halloween and Christmas), Wedding Receptions, Celebrations of Life, Birthday Parties, School Reunions, Car Shows, Winery's, Night Clubs/Restarants and numerous Private & Corporate Events. Most of our previous events are listed on our website.
