$50/hr session Discount for packages: 1 month @ 2x wk (8 sessions) $ @ 3x wk (12 sessions) $ 3 months @ 2x wk (24 sessions) $ @ 3x wk (36 sessions) $ 6 months @ 2x wk (48 sessions) $ @ 3x wk (72 sessions) $ *gym fee not included must be paid separately as needed* *price per travel time w in 45min...over that is additional cost*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meet and greet... free consultation including movement assessment... to discuss the clients goals and see if we are a good fit. We can go over all questions and decide on a program and package that fits their needs best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My whole life I've been physically active and outdoorsy person. As a young gal I was an athlete and participated in as many sports as I could! Getting involved in horses at a young age as well and became a competitor and eventually started training and teaching. Primarily working in the competitive horse industry all of my life I've tried to stay physically strong and fit, especially after an injury or set back! Getting back into my own health and fitness goals developed into a stronger passion to finally further my education in the field and start helping other people as well! I'm NASM certified as a personal trainer, finishing up my Corrective Exercise cert and then my Nutrition cert!
