The service was stellar. Our point of contact, Dianna Gilbert (also Marketing Director) was excellent. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, friendly and accommodating without coming off fake. And the staff that serviced the party was the same--hard workers, polite and accommodating. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is transparent and displayed on our website for corporate events, barbecues and reception platters. Wedding pricing for food and bar packages is listed as well; however, equipment needs and selections vary greatly for each event as well as staff needs based on venue selection, event details and event time. We are happy to provide a detailed proposal explaining all costs. We do not hide costs or add surprises later!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?At Catering Reserved, we love to meet with our customers in person to assess their catering needs and develop a relationship that will allow us to make personalized menu recommendations. We are always happy to come meet with you and provide complimentary tastings for large events or frequent catering.
