From start to finish we could not ask for any better in quality! Everything was truly very smooth! David was truly amazing along with all of his sub contracts! David and his crew were great! From start to finish this project came out just how we envisioned. With David’s 30+ years of history in general residential and commercial construction we felt confident and trusted in him to build an 18x22 cedar covered patio with wood stairs and railing. We will gladly hire David and associates in the future!

First off, it's hard to find a contractor to take on a small 3/4 bath project but Dave didn't hesitate and gave us a reasonable quote almost the next day. The quality of his work is reflected in the people he hires who are professional, friendly, and show up on time which is quite refreshing. Our project included all aspects of a much larger project ( concrete work, electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, trim. paint, etc.) which was all done to our satisfaction and on time. Dave listened to our suggestions and questions and always returned our calls almost immediately even if he was out of town! We were impressed to the point of contracting Dave for a second project of spray painting all of our kitchen and living room cabinets which resulted in the same quality work which we expected from Dave. We are even thinking of a third future project so it's easy for us to recommend David Barry and Associates for most home construction jobs.
