Our family has very intense allergies. Chemical cleaners always seemed to make it worse. Nichole has been cleaning our home for 8 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to a natural approach to home cleaning. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there are any concerns about the pricing being a little higher than competitors, I would like to help you to understand why. The products that we use are eco-friendly, 100% vegan, cruelty free, never tested on animals. Our deep cleaning agents have live enzymes to naturally break down and eradicate odors, stains, bacteria, viruses, and more. We also use Young Living essential oils and essential oil cleaners. We invest a substantial amount of money into our cleaning products to make sure that you are receiving only the best for the health of your home and your family! Anyone can go to the Dollar Tree and spend $5 on products to clean with, but those products are loaded with toxins and harsh chemicals and do not promote a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and my client's health and well-being! You can also save money by signing up for weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers! I especially love to hear when a customer has first decided to take a step in the direction to create a healthier lifestyle! When I first meet with a new customer, I listen to any concerns or special requests that they might have. I also answer any questions that they may have. I like for us to be on the same page so that I can do my best to make sure that you are happy with our services. Life can be hectic and stressful sometimes. People are busy and often feel like they don't have enough time in the day to get everything done. It is an honor to me to be able to ease some of that burden by cleaning their home!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting Naturally Clean, I have worked for Case Remodeling in new construction, remodels, and commercial clean ups. I also worked for Historic Properties of Birmingham as an independent contractor cleaning residential historic homes, townhomes, and apartments in the Southside/Highland area of downtown Birmingham. While working as an independent contractor for Historic Properties, the owner hired me full time to manage the historic Berkley building. I was responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the entire 7 floor building and rooftop terrace. I have more than 7 years experience cleaning at a professional level.
