Very knowledgeable and knew appliances really well. He was very nice and helped diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. I didn't have an issue with my dishwasher but found out it's the detergent I've been using. Do not use the Finish Powerball dishwasher detergent. It clogs up filters and creates a greasy pink film. Cascade Complete fixed my issues.

I've worked with Smart Appliance Service a couple of times for appliance repair and they are delightful. They are very responsive, reasonably priced and they will tell you straight up if it is not worth fixing the appliance. Also, Iliana who runs the scheduling is a lovely person and is so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for your home appliances or if you have rental properties.

Luis the pro from Smart Appliance Service got our washing machine back up and running again. He worked until he found out the pump was overheating and would stop working. After finding the part he installed it in one day. Would hire him again in the future. Excellent work!
