What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our workflow differs based on the type of project, but a core value across the board for us is making sure that there is great communication with the client throughout the entire project. If the client is local to the Houston area, we offer to have a face-to-face consultation to get the project started, or a phone conference if face-to-face isn't viable. As the project progresses, we're always available via phone call or email and are happy to organize milestone meetings throughout different phases of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Houston for Advertising Communications (Graphic Design) and have over 10 years of industry experience working on projects for a multitude of companies in various industries.
I've been featured in the Houston Business Journal and have contributed to many projects for major companies around the country.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers, from large enterprise level companies down to local small businesses. Our business currently focuses on local small to medium sized businesses looking to improve their local web presence and brand awareness.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always be sure to review the portfolio of recent work done and ask to see other online review sources to verify (Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, Yelp, etc.)
