Cox Climate gave me a good fair estimate. They were very prompt at scheduling the work and performing it. Sam and his crew were fantastic to work with and Sabrina was always available to help coordinate/answer any changes/questions. Removal of old equipment and installation of the new one was completed in one day. My new smart thermostat did not work out of the box and Sam was ready and offered me a loaner for no charge and when a replacement arrived he came back to install it and made sure everything was working as properly. He also thoroughly answered all questions I had about the new system and the best most efficient way to have it setup and running. Overall I am extremely pleased with professionalism, work quality, punctuality and care that Cox Climate exhibited. I would highly recommend them and would not think twice about hiring them again! Thanks Sam and Sabrina and the rest of the team!

I am really happy with the result from Cox Climate Control. I told them what I want, what my concerns are and they provided exactly what I needed. Since I always get multiple quotes and opinions it became quick clear that Cox Climate Control is genuine. The final quote was also one of the lowest range. Any additional requests outside of the standard were also accommodated without any problems. When they replaced the HVAC and water heater they also made sure that they don't leave any trace and covered everything. They were also into the details and recommended to adjust the ground behind the outdoor unit to make sure that it will stay leveled long term. In the end I was also pleasantly surprised that the final cost was actually lower as the quote. How often does this happen? Only downside I noticed was email communication. I had the impression that they react better to questions asked through ThumbTack and that email can fall through the cracks.

I just had my attic AC system replaced by Cox Climate Control and I gotta say I was totally impressed. Usually spending big dollars to replace something broken will make me pretty grumpy but in this case Sam and Sabrina made me feel like I was getting value for my money. The new system is working great, it is quieter than the old system by far and runs great. The thing that stood out to me about Cox Climate Control is the team work. Sabrina responded to my request with great detail and understanding. She gave me options and what I should install so I did not feel trapped in a corner. She was clear in the details on what would be needed and the pricing was fair. Sam and his team delivered the product as promised. Installed it quickly, much faster than I expected. Gave me some training on the panel and how to maintain the system. Sam's crew were good people who gave respect to me and my home. They were efficient and considerate. I could not have been happier with the team from Cox Climate Control and would recommend them to anyone. They far out shined others on Thumbtack for sure. Thank you Sam and Sabrina. You made my week. Customers should always look on DPOR's website to see if the contractor is licensed and if they have any disciplinary actions against them. Every HVAC company should have a master HVA license. It is very important to hire a licensed contractor. I would also ask them if they are insured and can provide proof. Better to,be safe than sorry!
