- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is standard across the board depending on the frequency of training per week. All my transformation packages are 12 weeks in length but the frequency can vary from 2 times a week, 3 times a week and 4-5 times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do when working with a new customer is I have an informal meeting to get to know him/her and find out what his/her goal(s) is/are, as well as go deeper into the customer's mindset and commitment to the services I provide. Once we have established a good rapport, I will then proceed with the services I can offer as it relates to the customer's goal(s) and then we will progress forward from there. If the relationship seems like a good fit and the customer would like to move forward, we will then go over the intricacies of the transformation package that they have selected as well as customary questionnaires to gain insight into any medical or physical conditions that I should be made aware of prior to starting our fitness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through ACE; have a Masters degree in Sports and Health Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Human Performance; am a high school Physical Education teacher and my military background has given me the tools and resources that allow me to effectively train one-on-one and groups.
