Introduction: International stage director, Mr. Verzatt maintains an active career directing opera, operetta, and musical theater throughout the United States, South America, and Europe.
He has directed productions with the Teatro Colón, Buenos Aires, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Houston Grand Opera, Florida Grand Opera, and the opera companies of Fort Worth, Lake George, Madison, Arizona, Toledo, Atlanta, Kansas City, Baltimore, Idaho, and Mississippi.
In 2006 he was named Outstanding Stage Director of the Year by Classical Singer magazine.
I am so in love with acting and the technical tools needed to be successful, that the most exciting aspect of my work is watching a client grow and progress! I love to see the lightbulb go on and the ideas take root and form. I'll never get tired of working with people who love performing and who love to enrich their lives through this work. We actors learn every day more things about ourselves through acting than any other profession.
