Our pricing is always negotiable based on the situation however industry standard is typically 3% of the transaction price for each agent paid by the selling party....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's always good to arrange a meeting in person if possible but many times things can be completed via text, e sign documents and or a conference call if preferred.
